biography
Fiona Mason is an independent producer and senior arts manager whose career spans theatre, contemporary dance and music. She has been working independently since 2005 producing the work of UK artists and companies and delivering consultancy and project management services to the creative industries across artforms.

Fiona is Director of SEGUE Productions, a company she founded in 2006 as a vehicle for developing, producing and presenting music-led, cross-artform performance and education projects.
She is the Director of SOUNDEXCHANGE, the music development organisation for Essex. She is a co-director of music training company Music Works which she founded with Andy Lynham and Iain Court and is also a non-executive director of Essex based dance development agency DanceDigital.
A graduate of the University of Essex, Fiona was awarded an MA in Continental Philosophy in 1992. In her "spare time" Fiona enjoys, amongst other things, singing and playing music, growing veg and sea-kayaking.
